I am just a mom who is short on time many days, but could tell myself “I can fit in 30 minutes today”. instead of feeling like “I am just doing this all wrong with food choices, I loved the points that food was assigned. It was easy to look and realize where our goal should be at, but at the same time, I never felt guilty too. Loved how I could even challenge myself to try and get a zero point day. My favorite was the Barre Workouts, as I have never had anything like that in other workouts I have done. I loved the variety of the workouts, that each day and week of the challenge was different.
